Package Your Items
Securely place the unused pens or stationery in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or the RA number inside the box.
Ship to Zebra Pen
Affix the provided shipping label or address the package to our distribution center, ensuring you use a trackable shipping method for your protection.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
